Meet our Founder

Chef Victor, founder of Victor’s Sweet Delights, brings over 35 years of pastry experience and passion to Liverpool’s viral fruit desserts.

His journey began in the Dominican Republic, where he learned baking from his father in the family bakery. Inspired by tradition and driven by creativity, Victor specialised in chocolate and fine patisserie, working in cruise lines, fine dining, and international kitchens, perfecting his craft over decades.

Inspired by world-renowned pastry artistry, Victor created Victor’s Sweet Delights to bring beautiful, high-quality desserts to Liverpool, combining elegance, flavour, and affordability.

This is only the beginning… more creations, more surprises, and more sweet moments to come.
